Hi,

Last year my turn has come for marriage after my brother and sister.

Initially I conveyed to my parents that I don’t want to get married.

Because I too know there may be sympathy on a physically challenged person but not like.

But my elder sister convinced that I am eligible person to get married due to following reasons

·         Financially independent

·         Driving car on my own

·         Cooking on my own

·         Being independent as I lived 5 years independently at Jaya nagar 9^th block, Bangalore

At last she told that I don’t have option to say NO to marriage, but can say NO post seeing any girl if I don’t like.

Last year in the month of March, saw a girl through my big mother son.

First question that I have asked to the girl is

“Are you marrying on your own/was there any force from your parents side”

She told that she is marrying on her own.

Post that my brother, sister in law, sister, brother in law have met and asked the same question.

She has replied with same answer.

Post engagement i.e. from March 27^th 2014,she started speaking over the phone very nicely.

There is no dowry in this as they are very poor.

They have given Rs.10,000 for the suit and

We have offered sarees to the girl which costs Rs.20,000

We got married on 1^st June 2014.

On 2^nd June 2014,she conveyed through her mannerism that she didn’t get married on her own wish.

On 5^th June 2014,through a discussion she told to covey the same to her parents.

I have told the same to  her mother i.e. my ex mother in law.

From that day they were trying to convince her but no progress.

On 12^th day of my marriage i.e. 12^th June 2014,she got absconded from the house when I was in rest room.

By that time everybody had been to attend my grandfather funeral.

Informed to my ex mother in law, then she asked “Where were you when she has been going out”

Got suicidal tendencies, because husband would be first culprit if there is any unexpected death to the wife.

Being in a shock, called up my mother.

She has sensed my suicidal tendencies and immediately she has sent my father though funeral was not started yet.

Dad started convincing that she won’t commit suicide as he worked as children’s jail supervisor.

Post one day, big mother son has informed that my ex-wife is safe in Hyderabad.

On 15^th June 2014.we all have assembled in Sai Baba temple, Kurnool, AP.

In that meeting, she cleared that she is not interested anymore to patch up.

At the same time, she has returned Mangala Sutra as well to my mother.

Then she has signed on the below bond paper.

Because to avoid section 498A case against me in India.

Section 498A is the powerful weapon for wife to harass husband in India.

Now in the month of September 2014,we have reached her parents to sign on the mutual divorce papers.

Ex Father in law has demanded money of Rs. 10,000 to get the signature of his daughter.

In that scenario, to get the divorce procedure is

We have to send the court notice after 1 year of marriage.

In this manner, court sends the notice for every 6 months which takes one and half year to get it done.

Neethakka(chinnammas daughter) has come to India in the month of December 2014.

In the month of January 2015,Ammulu chinnamma(mother’s sister) has come to our house.

She conveyed that Neethakka has very good experience in these kind of matters.

Post this when I called up, Neethakka told to visit Hyderabad to consult cops on this.

Because cops can only handle well with these type of matters.

But I was not having hope on the cops due to the below incident

I asked Neethakka to meet ex-wife regarding the same.

Ex-wife replied to Neethakka that she can sign on the divorce papers on the spot if Neethakka has the papers as mentioned in the below recorded audio call.

Post meeting with my ex-wife as below, understood that ex father in law is playing the game

Then Neethakka informed us to visit Hyderabad regarding this matter.

Then my parents, brother have been to Hyderabad regarding the same.

Met ex father and in mother law regarding the same.

They clearly told once again that without money they can’t make their daughter to sign on the divorce petition papers.

Then Neethakka asked once question as below to ex in laws i.e.

“There was not dowry hand overed as my brother is a physically challenged.

Even marriage expenses i.e. 7 lakhs have been barred by my brother side.

Your daughter agreed to marry my brother, that is why she had a nice chat post engagement for 3 months.

Post 10 days of the marriage, got absconded from the house.

On the top how do you demand money?”

But still they were not keen to sign on the divorce papers without money.

Next day our Neethakka took parents, brother to Uppal police station, Hyderabad.

There Neethakka has explained situation clearly and constable has been sent along with Neethakka

To get my ex mother in law and ex-wife from the school where they work on.

Post coming to police station, ex-wife started scolding my brother and Neethakka with very bad words.

As per a scolding she conveyed as

I am such a beautiful girl ,how can your lame brother expect me as wife?

Because my ex-wife didn't like cops to come school for their sake.

Ex-wife dad gave an explanation for demanding Rs.10,000 is for the money they have given for suite.

But when we asked for sarees he was replaying with different answers.

Based on suggestion from the police,we have given Rs.10,000 as below to girl father as below

Then she has signed on the divorce petition papers.

On June 9^th 2015,we have attended in front of judge for mutual divorce.

We got the session date on 21st December 2015.

On 20th December 2015,around 9:30 PM we got the information from their lawyer that

Ex-wife is demanding Rs.75,000 to attend the court session on 21st December 2015 as below


We have informed Uppal police station regarding the same.
On 21st December 2015,around 10:20 AM we got a call from their lawyer 
Got an update that they are going to discuss meet Uppal police station SI on this.
In case if situation permits their lawyer has asked the cab charges from Hyderabad to Kurnool.
Even my mother has agreed to pay the cab charges as mentioned in the below audio call.
  

Ex-wife father has visited to court 4 days back at the Kurnool.
Now lawyer started telling tales that ex-wife is not getting the permission at school to attend session.
This clearly says that it is pre planned on their side.

After some time their lawyer has updated that he is getting Not Reachable from Ex-wife side.
He suggested to take the session date by filing Advanced petition as below


Mother expressed her frustration for being tortured.
Even their lawyer expressed doubt that ex-wife father is expecting something through below call


On 21st December 2015,9:30 PM their lawyer has called and updated that they are keen to attend on 22nd December 2015 in the court as mentioned in the below call

Their lawyer has asked the mobile number of our lawyer as mentioned in the below audio call
Even our lawyer confirmed to visit court on December 22nd 2015 to close this matter as mentioned in the below audio call

At last their lawyer confirmed that ex-wife father is expecting some thing more and
They are not going to come on December 22nd 2015 as well as mentioned below.
 I have a filed a complaint of harassment in the police station as below

At last got the divorce as ex-wife has attended the court on 25th January 2016.

Recently,saw an article where actress Tapsee has commented as 'Male Dominance society'
No way,if I come across to her,I could have explained how many men have lost their lives due to misuse of section 498A in India.
Now,after having betrayal,should i generalise on women?
Definitely No,because i got into this world from womb who is a female.
In this hectic scenario,other than my family neethakka has provided moral support who is a female.
Its purely varies from person to person.
Generalizing based upon certain scenarios is non sense as per my knowledge.

Justice In Bangalore

Hi,

On 27^th August 2014 we were travelling to Brand Factory, Hosur Road, Bangalore.

Post Gharebavi palya signal, suddenly a cow has jumped from either side, the biker in front of my car has applied brake and has fallen down.

Even I applied brake suddenly, but couldn’t control and has hit biker back head light as below

My car bumper has been broken, coolant oil box has come out.

We came out of the car, biker started hitting rigorously me, my father and my brother in law along with me.

Finally we asked for loss amount, he demanded Rs.9000 just for the broken back head light.

We called up police control room and one of the traffic police took us to Madiwala Traffic police station.

There police i.e. writer Rudresh,Rajanna were repeatedly asking in kannada “Estu kudiyak ready iddira?”

Mr Rajanna was misguiding that

I would be arrested if the case has been filed, it costs Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,00,000 for the same..

After so many negotiations I had paid an amount of Rs.4500 just for broken back head light to biker in front of police.

I asked about taking an action on him for assaulting us, I have been informed to file a complaint under law and order.

Luckily one boy has come forward to drive my car as I was in very sensible situation.

This guy is in my friends list of my Facebook account.

Due to coolant oil box damage, the guy poured water frequently in between on the way and finally hand overed my car at Yeshwantpur Service station.

I posted this incident in our bulletin board, some of my colleagues told me to ignore this.

Some of my colleagues warned me no to go police station at all.

So of my colleagues laughed when I told them that I was planning to file a complaint at police station.

But of none of colleagues/well-wishers encouraged me to file a complaint at police station.

But even I felt as injustice and had filed a complaint, got NCR for the same as below.

I got the letter through post as below.

Based on this I reached Madiwala Police station,Bangalore.

There Mr Rajanna has just given shake hand and conveyed as

“Your statement has been recorded”

There were no updates at all post this.

Finally reached Mr Reddy, Police Commissioner of Bangalore through email as below.

He has just forwarded the email petition to the DCP south zone as below.

Finally there isn’t any action for the physical assault.

For this I got in touch with so many lawyers through just dial.

One of the lady lawyer says that as there is no medial report, we will definitely loose the case.

But she is going to try for winning the case. For that she just needs Rs.500 for every court session plus Rs.25000 as fee explicitly.

Now I understood of why I had been warned by my colleagues for not reaching police for injustice.

Finally I came to conclusion that, today if any common man suffers anything on the road.

Nobody is going to help in this, sincerely regret for visiting the police station regarding the same.

It is very clear that anonymously, if any common man reaches police station for any problem they will not serve.

Here I don’t want to point out entire department due to some police mistakes.

But decided not to reach police cops for anything as it waste of time and energy.

Because

If any police doesn’t do his duty, nobody is able to take action for being irresponsible.

End of the day any common man has to suffer if he doesn’t get proper response from the police

This is the biggest problem in the law and order system of India.

In todays life,we are facing so many incidents like Internet service provider agents not giving connection for 2-3 weeks after taking money,Internet service provider not giving refundable deposit.Though there may be customer court,but we need some guidance to file such cases.Once i saw the below site as i was not getting Refundable deposit after asking repeatedly to one of the service provider,even from my colleagues i heard that below organisation is very powerful.Only thing is,we should have the receipts i.e both original and xerox to teach lesson for such frauds.So i can recommend the below organisation if any cheaters wont respond in giving your money back in time.Membership fee for this organisation is also reasonable i.e Rs.300 and this is valid for one year

Maruti Cervo

Hi,

Actually i love Toyota Innova,its pick up,smoothness,brake system amazing,but couldn't get this because this cost 11 lakhs and my financial situation doesn't support me.Anyways in future if i get money definitely i will buy this,not now.

So,I was certainly looking for a car which look and feel should be attractive,power steering,power windows and budget is below 3 lakhs.
First i have set three options,one is Tata Nano,Maruti Alto,Hyundai EON.Reason for withdrawing to buy below cars is

Tata Nano : Look and feel is not great and heard news from that car owners that they are not getting feeling of driving a car

Maruti Alto : Having great features and is the second lowest price car in india.But problem is look and feel is not so attractive

Hyundai EON : Recently it got released,look and feel is good.But if i need features like power steering,power windows in this it is crossing my budget

Finally my colleague suggested Maruti Cervo.By seeing the below pictures of this car i got flat,after that by seeing features like mileage 17km/l in city,power steering,power windows,price 1.5 to 2.5 lacs,I decided to buy this car.Still now there is no official date of releasing this car from Maruti Suzuki.Even it takes 5 years or 10 years i am willing to wait and take this car only,but i hope my dream will definitely come true

Back Ground Score Music

In every movie some body will remember comedy/dance/songs/costumes.But i can't forget one thing from the movie i.e Back ground score music.If i see the movie i remember the back groung music forever.Especially if that movie music director is Ilayaraja that back ground score will be waving in my mind.Due to this interest with My Screen Recorder software i record background score music while playing the movie in my computer.After that i will convert that .wmi format files into mp3 format using Total Video Converter.Finally i transfer them to memory of my mobile phone and set them as Ring Tones

Karunashraya Foundation-Bangalore

Once my senior Mr.Ramesh Babu told me that Karunashraya Foundation which is in is good and told me to visit when i am free.One day i have been over there and its not like regular trust,if any patient who is at the last stage of cancer,they will take the report and serve him till he passes away with free service,they fulfill each and everything that they require like giving favourite food,allowing them to favourite places,allowing them to see their favourite actors etc etc.Monthly once they generate a report where they clearly represent of receival and spending to particular category of the amount they receive.So i decided to provide bit percentage of my money.

One more thing that i noticed is none of patient in that campus are sad/crying for their short period of life.Each and every body is so happy/laughing heavily,at that moment i felt that we guys have lot of journey to go forward in life span.Then why can't we be bit peaceful?
